Through intentional breathing techniques, this practice can support emotional release, grounding, inner exploration, and nervous system regulation.

Session Experience

Each breathwork session is guided with intention and care. Depending on the setting, sessions may include grounding practices, intention setting, guided breathwork, music, rest, and integration. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in creating a space where you feel supported throughout the experience.
