The Medicines I Work With

I believe these sacred medicines are to be approached with deep respect, intention, and care. My work is rooted in creating supportive spaces where individuals can connect more deeply with themselves through preparation, presence, and integration.

The two primary medicines I work with are psilocybin and ceremonial cacao. Each offers a unique pathway for healing, reflection, connection, and transformation.

Psilocybin

Psilocybin has been a deeply meaningful part of my own healing journey and the work I feel called to offer. I approach this medicine with reverence, responsibility, and a strong emphasis on creating safe, intentional spaces for exploration and inner work.

In addition to my personal connection with this medicine, I also cultivate my own mushrooms. I completed my mushroom cultivation training through Fungi Academy in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, an experience that deepened my relationship with the medicine and my respect for the full process of growth, care, and stewardship.

For me, working with psilocybin is not only about the journey itself, but also about the preparation that comes before and the integration that follows. I believe meaningful experiences are best supported with education, intention, and compassionate guidance.

Ceremonial Cacao

Ceremonial cacao is another sacred medicine that holds a special place in my work. I source my cacao from Guatemala, and I value the heart-opening, grounding, and connective qualities it can bring to a healing space.

Cacao can be a beautiful ally for intention setting, emotional openness, presence, and connection. I often incorporate ceremonial cacao into spaces where individuals are invited to slow down, open their hearts, and connect more deeply with themselves and their experience.

I see cacao as a gentle but powerful support for inner work, community, reflection, and reverence.

My Approach

My work with these medicines is grounded in respect, intention, and heart-centered care. I believe that healing spaces should feel safe, supported, and thoughtfully held, with attention given not only to the experience itself, but also to preparation, education, and integration.

All services are offered in alignment with Colorado guidelines, with a focus on responsible, intentional, and supportive care.
